Einstein’s Philosophy about Union Representation of Employees
We recognize the right of employees to freely choose, without repercussions, whether or not to be represented by a union.
We believe that individuals should advocate for themselves and that a direct relationship between employees and managers is better for our patients and our entire organization.
We believe that our employees are entitled to true, accurate information in order to make an informed decision about whether or not to support unionization, and that it’s management’s responsibility to provide that information.
We hope to maintain a direct working relationship with employees by being responsive and supportive of our employee team.
